The idea of the Eggroll Lady started in 1999, when our family began serving eggrolls, chicken and fried rice and other items at fairs every summer throughout New England, including the Brockton Fair, Marshfield Fair and the CrackerBarrel Fair. Customers dubbed her the name "Eggroll Lady" when they were looking for her, and a star was born. In 2006, the Eggroll Lady up scaled her seasonal food vendor stand to a year-round take-out restaurant. With the support of her husband and three children, we work to make every customer feel like they are part of the family. In addition to serving eggrolls, she serves delicious fish and chips, fried seafood, and crab rangoons.
